We protect the integrity of each player, parent, and coach who uses our programs. These Terms and Conditions apply to any training program offered by Coach Enzo and Playmaker Lab. By scheduling any session or enrolling in any program, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Coach Enzo's Non-Negotiables

• Be ready to play each practice & game

• Compete with courage on both sides of the ball

• No whining, no complaining, and no excuses
   

Player Expectations

By participating in Playmaker Lab programs, players agree to:

• Be on time and prepared for all sessions

• Be brave and compete to improve

• Show up with a positive attitude and be coachable

• Work hard in every session to develop and reach goals as a player

• Be accountable to Coach Enzo's program and not make excuses

• Bring a full water bottle and proper attire to each session (practice jersey)

• Complete mental skills workshops to improve confidence, resilience, and consistency

• Put in the work needed to become a better player, understanding that results are their responsibility
   

Parent Expectations

By enrolling your child in Playmaker Lab programs, parents agree to:

• Bring your child to scheduled weekly sessions 15 minutes early for warm-up and stretching

• Support your child during practices and games but refrain from coaching them from the sidelines
   

Attendance Policy

Players are expected to participate in every academy session. Please mark availability in the app when provided. Communication of any absence is required and should be done as early as possible so the coach can appropriately adjust and prepare.

Important: If a player is late to a session, they will forfeit that practice time. There are no make-up sessions or "session rollovers" into the following term or year.
 

Behavior Protocol

If behavior issues arise during any practice or game, the following protocol applies:

1. First Offense: Direct conversation with the player

2. Second Offense: Player sits out for a portion of the session

3. Third Offense: Parent contact and discussion
    

Weather Policy

Turf and Indoor Gym sessions will always be maintained regardless of weather conditions.

Hard court sessions may be moved or rescheduled at Coach Enzo's discretion based on safety considerations. Coach Enzo will inspect the playing area before every session to ensure safety.

Weather-related changes will be communicated by 2:00 PM on the day of the session.
 

Team Commitment Policy

Players selected for Elite Teams Programs who accept their roster spot commit to prioritizing Playmaker Lab team events over any other futsal events (National Team commitments excepted). Players may not participate on other futsal teams competing in the same competitions as Playmaker Lab teams.
 

Playing Area Guidelines

• Only players and coaches are permitted in the playing area

• No crossing the field/court during or after sessions

• Parents should view practices away from players' personal items and coaches' equipment areas

• During games, parents should view from the sideline opposite the team bench

• Standing next to or behind goals is prohibited

Payment Policy

By signing our Training Agreement, you commit to the entire training period. Payment options include:

• Full payment at enrollment

• Installment plan with automated monthly charges on the 1st of each month

If a credit card payment fails, you have 24 hours to update payment information. A $25 late fee applies to any overdue payments.
 

Refund Policy & Cancellations

Playmaker Lab maintains a strict no-refund, no-credit, and no-makeup policy to protect program integrity and support our committed athletes. This policy applies to all services including:

• In-person training camps, clinics, and programs

• Physical and digital products

• Online coaching services

• League participation
   

No refunds or credits will be issued, except under the limited circumstances outlined below. If you cannot agree to these terms, our programs may not be the right fit for your family.

We encourage parents to contact academy staff with any questions prior to enrollment.

Exceptions:
The only exceptions to this policy may be considered under the following circumstances, at the discretion of academy staff:

1. Season-ending injury – A partial refund may be considered upon review of medical documentation from the treating physician or facility.

2. Relocation during the season – Families who move out of the area may request a partial refund, to be considered on a case-by-case basis.
    

Program Modifications

Coach Enzo reserves the right to make changes to any program at any time at his discretion to ensure optimal training conditions and player development.
 

Liability Waiver

Participants and parents understand that sports training involves inherent risks of injury. By enrolling in Playmaker Lab programs, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Coach Enzo, Playmaker Lab, and associated staff are not liable for any injury, harm, or illness that may occur during participation. Participants engage in all activities at their own risk.
 

Media Release

By enrolling in Playmaker Lab programs, you grant permission for Playmaker Lab to use photographs and/or video of your child for promotional purposes, including social media platforms and instructional materials. You waive rights to inspect, approve, or receive compensation for such media use.
 

Data Privacy

We collect and use personal information solely for program administration and communication. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as necessary for program operations. The full Privacy Policy is here.
 

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
